How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app:
- Open DreamWeaver and sign in to your parent account
- Tap the lock icon to access Parental Controls
- Solve the math challenge or enter your PIN
- Tap Account Settings
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion when prompted
What Data Is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted within 30 days:

| Child profiles (names, age groups, avatars) | Permanently deleted |
| All generated stories and illustrations | Permanently deleted |
| Hero characters and progression | Permanently deleted |
| Badges, rewards, and reading streaks | Permanently deleted |
| Credit balance and purchase records | Permanently deleted |
| Parental settings and PIN | Permanently deleted |
| Biometric unlock preferences | Permanently deleted |
Data Retention
The following anonymised data may be retained after account deletion:

| Anonymised cost/usage statistics (not linked to any account) | Retained for operational purposes |
No personally identifiable information is retained after the 30-day deletion period.
Account deletion is permanent. All stories, characters, credits, and child profiles will be lost and cannot be recovered.
